PLEASE NOTE! The costs for leaving the apartment in a bad condition and
replacement for any broken items will be charged afterwards. The deposit is
charged at reservation and will be refunded after the apartment has been
checked. All rights reserved for price changes. VAT at the rate of 8% or 22% as
defined by tax authorities is added to the prices.

The maintenance company will charge for opening the door immediately in cash.
For the lost key you will be charged 100 €. Plus the payment to open the door – 30
